We collect personal data necessary to provide our yacht charter booking service. This includes: your name, email address, phone number, and for crew lists: passport details, date of birth, and nationality. When you make a payment, your card details are processed directly by Stripe — we do not store credit card information.
We use your data to process bookings, communicate with you about your charter, share necessary information with the charter operator, and comply with legal requirements (e.g. crew lists for maritime authorities). We may also use your email to send booking confirmations and important updates about your trip.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (EU-based infrastructure) and is protected by industry-standard security measures. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain booking data for as long as required for legal and operational purposes.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
