This website (noavela.com) and the NoaVela charter booking service are operated by PROSTUDIO INVEST SRL, a company registered in Romania. All references to 'NoaVela', 'we', 'us', or 'our' refer to PROSTUDIO INVEST SRL operating under the NoaVela brand.
NoaVela is a yacht charter booking platform that connects customers with professional charter operators through the Booking Manager system. We act as an intermediary between you (the customer) and the charter operator (the yacht owner/manager).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. NoaVela does not store your credit card information. Payment is required to confirm your booking. The charter price includes the base charter fee as displayed at the time of booking. Additional costs such as skipper fees, provisioning, fuel, port fees, and local taxes may apply and will be communicated before or at check-in.
Cancellation terms vary by charter operator and are specified in your booking confirmation. Generally: cancellations made 60+ days before departure may receive a full or partial refund; cancellations within 60 days may be subject to penalties. We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking.
NoaVela acts as a booking intermediary. The charter service is provided by independent charter operators. We are not liable for the condition of the yacht, weather conditions, or any incidents during the charter. We will, however, assist you in resolving any issues with the charter operator.
We collect personal data necessary to process your booking (name, email, phone, passport details for crew lists). Your data is stored securely and is shared only with the relevant charter operator for the purpose of your booking. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
